At Olive & Bloom, each product is handmade with care and packed with love. We aim to get your order to you as quickly and safely as possible.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 3–5 business days.
As our soaps are handmade in small batches, we appreciate your patience while we prepare your order with the attention it deserves.

Domestic Shipping (Australia)

We currently ship Australia-wide via Australia Post or another reliable courier.
Estimated delivery time: 2–7 business days, depending on your location.

Flat Rate Shipping: $7.00
Free Shipping: Available for orders over $60

You will receive a tracking number once your order is dispatched so you can follow its journey to your doorstep.

Local Pickup

If you’re located in Melbourne and would prefer to pick up your order, please contact us at oliveandbloomsoaps@gmail.com before placing your order.

International Shipping

At this time, we do not offer international shipping, but we’re working on it! Stay tuned as we grow.

Packaging

We use minimal, eco-friendly packaging wherever possible. All soaps are carefully wrapped to protect them during transit and to keep them looking beautiful when they arrive.

Delays

While we do our best to ensure your order arrives on time, delivery delays can occasionally occur due to weather, public holidays, or courier disruptions. We’ll always keep you updated if any unexpected issues arise.


Returns and Refunds Policy

At Olive & Bloom, each bar of soap is lovingly handcrafted in small batches using only natural, skin-loving ingredients. Due to the nature of our products and hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. However, your satisfaction means everything to us — and we’re here to help if something’s gone wrong.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you’ve received the wrong item, please get in touch with us within 7 days of receiving your package. Send us an email at oliveandbloomsoaps@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

We’ll do our best to resolve the issue quickly — whether that means a replacement or refund.

Allergy or Skin Reactions

Our soaps are made with gentle, natural ingredients and are suitable for most skin types. However, as with any skincare product, we recommend patch testing before full use. Olive & Bloom is not responsible for individual allergic reactions, and refunds will not be issued for skin sensitivity.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds (if applicable) will be processed to your original method of payment. Please note:

  • Refunds will only be issued for damaged, faulty, or incorrect items
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable
  • Sale items are final and non-refundable
